Privacy Policy

Ozgur Tokay (“we”, “us”) provides Fall in Space. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, create a guest profile, connect an account, view ads, make purchases or contact support.

Information we process

• Account and profile: an automatically assigned guest account ID; the nickname, country/flag and avatar you choose; and, if you link Apple or Google, account details those services share with the game, which may include an email address, display name and profile image.
• Gameplay: scores, levels, in-game currency, character unlocks, mission progress, usage and reward history, and leaderboard results. Leaderboards can display your nickname, avatar, country/flag and game results to other players.
• Purchases: product IDs, purchase status and transaction information required to deliver and restore in-app purchases. Apple or Google Play processes payment information; we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Ads and technical information: Google Mobile Ads may process identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, interaction data and diagnostic information to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse. The data involved depends on the device, SDK settings and permissions.
• Support communications: the email address and information you send when requesting help, access or deletion.

Why we use this information

We use account, gameplay and purchase data to operate the game, save progress, display leaderboards, deliver purchases and respond to your requests. We use advertising to support the game and related technical information to maintain security and troubleshoot problems. Depending on the activity, the legal basis under applicable data protection law may be performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in maintaining and protecting it, compliance with legal duties, or consent where required. Where consent is required for advertising technologies, we will seek it through the applicable device or in-app process.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase for authentication, game data and related infrastructure; Google Mobile Ads for ads; RevenueCat for purchase status and entitlement management; and Apple or Google Play for store purchases and platform services. If you link a Google or Apple account, the corresponding provider also processes the sign-in information. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your account profile to other players; information you choose for public leaderboards is visible as described above.

Storage and international transfers

Game data is stored using cloud services and may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We retain game account information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the game, resolve disputes, protect against misuse and meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests and remove or anonymize information where required, subject to legal retention needs and provider systems. Support messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations.

Account deletion

You can delete your player account in the game through Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account, or submit an account and data deletion request from our account deletion page. Linked accounts may require verification with the same Apple or Google account. Deletion removes the player profile and game records; store transaction records may be retained where legally required.

Your choices and rights

You can choose your in-game profile details and decide whether to link an Apple or Google account. You can manage device-level tracking permissions and available ad privacy controls. Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, portability of or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify that you control the account before processing a request.

Children

Fall in Space is a general-audience game. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a way that requires a parent or guardian’s attention, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact
